Choose how to deposit.
Online and app deposits use Access Corrections. Phone deposits use (866) 345-1884 with bilingual live agents. Other options include cash at the PDC kiosk, in-person services at IRC or CRDF, and a mailed payment. - 03
Use your residential street address.
LASD does not accept a PO box as the depositor’s address. Review the provider’s current fees and terms and keep the transaction confirmation. Online deposits have been available through Access Corrections since July 28, 2025. - 04
For mail, check the payment and address.
The mailed-deposit maximum is $200. California senders may use a certified bank cashier’s check or USPS money order. From other states, use a USPS money order only. Make the payment payable to the person’s name AND booking number. - 05
For an in-person visit, call first.
Bring government-issued photo ID. Confirm the service location, hours and any authorization before traveling. The cash kiosk is in Castaic, not at a downtown or Lynwood visiting entrance. - 06
After release, ask about remaining funds.
Contact the cashier promptly. LASD says trust accounts are purged about 30 days after release; waiting can delay collection. An approved Money Release Form is needed for withdrawals while someone is still in custody.
