Pinal County Adult Detention Center

Start with the live booking record. Public on-site video remains closed during construction; personal mail now goes to Tampa, while legal mail and money orders stay in Florence. This guide separates those routes and explains the next local step.

JAIL411 / FAMILY FIELD GUIDE

A practical guide to Pinal County adult custody.

Sources reviewed

Adult Pinal County Sheriff custody at the Pinal County Adult Detention Center. County rules here do not apply to nearby CoreCivic, ICE, federal, state-prison or juvenile facilities.

  1. Locate and confirm

Keep the inmate ID, court and current custody status together.

  2. Choose the right channel

Use the correct video account, mail address and deposit purpose.

  3. Prepare the next step

Confirm access, care needs, property and release transport.

PART 01

Find the person

Booking, the adult jail and separate custody systems.

Find the current booking before sending anything

Search the Pinal County Sheriff’s live locator by last name or inmate ID. It covers people currently in this county jail, updates every 60 minutes, and removes people after release. A new booking appears after entry into the jail database and the next update; an arrest alone does not guarantee an immediate result.

  1. Collect the full booked name, date of birth, arresting agency, arrest date and any inmate ID.
  2. Keep the inmate ID beside the name for mail, money and provider accounts. Ask staff for the current housing and any restrictions before arranging a visit.
  3. If the search is blank, check spelling, try the inmate ID, and ask the arresting agency whether delivery to this jail has occurred. Call 520-509-7957 to distinguish unfinished intake, a transfer or release. An empty result does not prove that the person is free.

Ask separately for the court, case number, next appearance and any bond or hold. The locator is a custody service; a charge listing is not a conviction or a complete court history.

One county jail; several different custody systems

The adult county jail is Pinal County Adult Detention Center, 971 Jason Lopez Circle, Florence, AZ 85132, operated by the Sheriff for people awaiting case disposition and people serving county sentences. The jail and courthouse share the Jason Lopez Circle campus; Building A is the courthouse, not a universal jail entrance.

The Sheriff describes participation in 287(g) and possible ICE custody transfers. That does not establish that a person is held at a particular ICE center. This guide does not apply county rules to ICE, CoreCivic, state-prison, youth or historical/closed facilities. It identifies no separate active county annex from the reviewed public directory.

PART 02

Arrange a visit

Construction limits, approval, video and accommodations.

Public on-site video visits are suspended

Do not travel to the jail for a public on-site video visit. The Sheriff’s construction closure began November 20, 2025 and remains posted until further notice on the pages reviewed September 28, 2026. Remote family video continues.

Published schedules and their current limits
Visit or taskCurrent noticeOlder rule / qualification
Family on-site videoClosed until further notice. The older Saturday–Thursday 9 AM–4 PM schedule, no Friday visits, two 20-minute visits per inmate per week and free on-site service are suspended.
Remote family videoAvailable; check the person’s account and housing eligibility.County-linked Live Video instructions describe inmate-initiated, on-demand calls. Older copy says $6 / 20 minutes and scheduling 24 hours ahead; see the video section.
Professional contact / property pickupConstruction notice: Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM.Older professional text says daily 8 AM–5 PM. Obtain an approved time.
Weekend initial appearanceNotice preserves exceptions for initial-appearance attorneys and victims.Call 520-509-7957 for access instructions; this is not a general family-visiting exception.

For an approved scheduled visit, the notice still requires at least 24 hours lead time. Registration and authorization come before an appointment. Public visitors must pass a criminal-record check; the rules exclude applicants with pending felony charges. The reviewed pages do not state a maximum visitor-list size, maximum party size or a fixed check-in cutoff. Ask 520-509-7957 those exact questions before relying on a booking.

People assigned to work inside the jail may receive authorized visits and are returned to their housing unit for them. People assigned to outside work details may not receive visits at the work site. These work-assignment rules do not reopen public on-site video during construction.

IDs, children, clothing and the screening line

Prepare an approved visit
TopicPublished adult-jail rule
IdentificationVisitors 18 or older need valid state-issued photo ID showing date of birth. The public rules do not list passports, consular ID or other substitutes as accepted alternatives.
ChildrenMinor children of the person in custody may visit with a parent or legal guardian. Bring court proof of guardianship. The FAQ also permits a legally married spouse under 18 with marriage proof; confirm how that exception is approved.
ClothingClean, intact clothing; shorts and skirts at least mid-thigh. Sleeveless shirts are permitted, but tank, halter and spaghetti-strap tops are not. Avoid exposed midriff, transparent or revealing clothing.
BelongingsFor on-site screening, limit belongings to keys and ID. Hats, sunglasses, purses, cellphones and electronics are restricted. No food, drink, gum or tobacco in visitation areas.
InfantsThe FAQ allows one bottle, one blanket and one diaper. Because the visitation page says keys and ID only, confirm the infant exception with staff before bringing supplies.

Visitors, belongings and vehicles may be searched. Intoxication, contraband or failure to clear screening can prevent admission. Remote conduct is monitored too; inappropriate exposure or conduct can end a session.

If an on-site appointment is specifically approved, check in at the jail lobby front desk and follow the confirmation’s arrival directions. A reopening date, late-arrival tolerance and storage service are not established by the reviewed sources. Ask 520-509-7957 about your entire party, infant supplies and any ID mismatch; do not assume a family relationship waives approval.

Set up the video service that the account actually offers

The county now links a Live Video flyer describing on-demand Securus Video Connect: the person in custody starts the call, family pays through AdvanceConnect, and billing is per connected minute. Its instructions conflict with older $6 / 20-minute scheduled-visit text still on the county page. No current Pinal per-minute rate or maximum call length was established publicly; use the facility price shown in your account before funding.

  1. Register or sign in through Securus or Securus Mobile.
  2. In AdvanceConnect, enable Video Calls and camera/microphone access. Add the person under Video Connect Contacts using their name or inmate ID.
  3. Allow Securus Mobile notifications in your device settings and fund AdvanceConnect. Wait for the person to call; this on-demand service does not require you to reserve a slot.
  4. Use reliable internet, a well-lit stationary location and working audio. Check permissions and balance first if calls do not arrive. For account or connection help call 972-734-1111; for housing restrictions or approval call 520-509-7957.
If the account still offers scheduled sessions

Retain the confirmation and follow the displayed cancellation deadline. Securus says cancellations go through My Sessions in its app or online account; facility rejection/cancellation normally produces account credit. Its general help describes a common 24-hour blackout but does not establish Pinal’s exact cutoff. A disputed missed or dropped session may require a written review request. Save date, time, session ID and charge, and ask 972-734-1111 to identify the correct claim form. Do not promise yourself a cash refund or apply scheduled-session rules to an on-demand call.

Special visits, disability access and legal appointments

Ask 520-509-7957 for the specific accommodation needed, the person’s ID and the proposed date: accessible entry, hearing or communication assistance, medical equipment or an exception that affects screening. The Sheriff promises reasonable access consistent with security, but the public page does not supply an accommodation form or a guaranteed response deadline.

Family/friend special visits require a request at least 24 hours ahead and approval from the Deputy Chief or designee. They must fit regular visiting hours and cannot disrupt regular visits. The rules do not create automatic extra time for long-distance travel or an automatic exception to the construction closure.

Attorney and other professional contact visits

Professionals should request approval at least 24 hours ahead at pcsolegalvisits@pinal.gov, listing profession, purpose, requested date/time, equipment and the person’s name, date of birth and ID. The page limits professional visits to 1 hour unless approved otherwise. Use the construction notice’s Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM access window until staff approve something different; an older memo offers broader hours. Counsel must have their provider account identified correctly for confidential legal communication. A family account is not a private attorney channel.

PART 03

Stay connected

Accounts, calls, mail, books and commissary.

Three purposes, different balances

Choose the account before paying
PurposeService / selectionPractical distinction
Receive phone and on-demand video callsSecurus AdvanceConnectFamily prepaid communications balance; add the receiving number and correct person.
Electronic personal messagesSecurus eMessagingEnroll and buy the package shown for this facility; a commissary deposit does not buy a message package.
Commissary or self-release depositTouchPay: Arizona → Pinal County Adult Detention CenterChoose Commissary for store purchases or Self Release for bond funding. Use inmate ID; facility locator 285132.

Save the account email, recipient, purpose, amount and transaction receipt. Verify all of them before retrying a failed payment. The old jail FAQ describes TouchPay as supporting telephone funds too, while the current communications flyers direct families to Securus. Use the current Securus account for calls; ask Inmate Accounts which balance a prior TouchPay telephone deposit actually reached.

Sources: County-linked Securus AdvanceConnect instructions · County-linked Securus eMessaging instructions · Sheriff: TouchPay deposit instructions · Sheriff: detention FAQ, mail, funds, health and property

Calls, messages and money left in a phone account

Create or sign into Securus, select AdvanceConnect and follow its prompts to add funds and your receiving phone number. The county-linked flyer lists customer care at 972-734-1111, available 24/7/365. The jail FAQ lists 800-844-6591 for inmate phones and also retains 866-516-0115 elsewhere; the Securus flyer and current provider help are the clearer account-support sources.

If calls fail, check the receiving number, balance, any account block and your device’s call-screening settings. Give Securus the attempted-call time and error message. Ask the jail separately whether housing access or security restrictions affected the person. The FAQ says housing phones operate “7 until 9:30 pm” without labeling the starting time AM or PM; confirm that start time instead of relying on an assumed morning opening.

For eMessaging, register for that service within the account and buy a listed package. Options for reply credits, photos or videos must be confirmed in the Pinal account; a general provider flyer does not guarantee every feature here. Personal calls and visits may be recorded. Keep case facts for the properly arranged attorney channel.

Refunds after release or transfer

Before closing an account, cancel scheduled video sessions and save receipts. Securus says eligible remaining AdvanceConnect prepaid funds are refunded according to the last payment method: card refunds are issued in 2–3 business days but may take a billing cycle to appear; mailed-check refunds generally take 2–3 weeks. Confirm your address and call 800-844-6591 for help. Securus Debit deposits belong to the incarcerated person and are not refundable to the depositor; unused eMessaging stamps are not refundable. These rules do not determine the jail trust-account balance.

The digital center rejects packages, certified mail, checks, money orders and non-paper items. Paper larger than 8.5 × 11 inches cannot be scanned. To recover original correspondence, enclose a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage; otherwise originals are discarded, with the notice specifying disposal 90 days after scanning/upload. Unscannable items are returned.

Photos and a rejected letter

The county FAQ permits up to ten photos, each 4 × 6 inches or smaller, and prohibits sexual content and gang signs/material. Follow that narrower photo rule even though the scanning flyer allows larger paper. Stickers and other adhesives are prohibited; stamps are removed. Keep a copy of important correspondence. For rejection, keep the envelope and notice, then ask jail mail staff for the reason, correction and any review deadline. A public mail-appeal form and deadline were not located.

Confidential legal mail: confirm the handling before sending

The county requires a readable return address on the outside of legal-mail envelopes so staff can validate the sender. Without one, the FAQ permits an appropriate search; it also says case-related legal mail receives different screening from ordinary correspondence. Legal mail sent to the Tampa digital center is returned unopened.

The reviewed county sources do not specify required envelope wording, attorney verification, whether opening occurs in the recipient’s presence, copying or retention of originals, or the legal-mail rejection appeal and deadline. Counsel should call 520-509-7957 and request the mailroom or legal-mail staff to confirm those points before mailing confidential originals. The Florence address alone does not establish those protections.

Books, packages and clothing are different requests

Order publications directly from a publisher, distributor or authorized retailer to the Florence P.O. Box 2610 address with the inmate’s name and ID. The county permits possession of three books and a Bible at a time. Check existing holdings before buying; do not send a publication to the Tampa scanning address.

The public guidance does not confirm hardcover acceptance, an approved retail list or a family care-package catalog. Ask 520-509-7957 to connect you with mail or commissary staff before placing a nonreturnable order. The jail does not accept family food drop-offs. Jury-trial clothes are arranged through the attorney of record and must be collected within 5 business days after trial ends; a clothing delivery for trial is not permission to drop off ordinary property.

Send commissary or self-release funds without mixing them

  1. Open the TouchPay deposit portal linked in the county instructions and create or access your account.
  2. Select Arizona, then Pinal County Adult Detention Center. Select Commissary for store funds or Self Release for bond funding. Enter the inmate ID; TouchPay’s facility locator is 285132.
  3. Check the recipient and payment purpose, review the displayed fee and retain the confirmation. The county warns that a credit-card issuer may treat the payment as a cash advance.

Other published methods are TouchPay by phone at 866-232-1899, a jail-lobby kiosk, or a money order/cashier’s check mailed to Florence. Personal checks are not accepted. The FAQ says TouchPay funds are available within 24 hours. Call before traveling to use the kiosk during construction; no separate public kiosk-access timetable was verified.

Missing funds, no money or a remaining balance

Call Property/Inmate Accounts at 520-866-5055 / 520-866-5079 with the inmate ID, receipt, date and amount. Ask whether funds posted to the selected ledger, whether a restriction or deduction applies and which office resolves an error. The public pages do not establish deposit caps, commissary order days, indigent-kit eligibility or the method/timing for returning a jail balance after release. Have the person request basic hygiene/writing supplies from unit staff and ask Accounts for the current indigent procedure; do not substitute another Arizona jail’s threshold. Medical care is not denied for inability to pay.

PART 04

Get there

Campus access, CART and useful local contacts.

Confirm the jail entrance during construction

Use 971 Jason Lopez Circle, Florence, AZ 85132 for the adult detention campus, then follow staff’s directions for the approved task. County offices at 31 N Pinal Street and the Tampa personal-mail box are not jail arrival destinations. Public on-site video is closed; confirm a property appointment, professional visit or other authorized reason before driving.

For a courthouse appointment, AZCourtHelp identifies the front lot at 971 Jason Lopez Circle, Building A as free parking, with ramps beside the front entrance and security screening inside. This verifies courthouse parking, not unrestricted jail-visitor use, overnight parking or an approved release-pickup spot.

Call 520-509-7957 for the currently designated jail parking area, construction entrance, accessible route from the vehicle and pickup meeting point. The reviewed sources do not publish a named jail visitor lot, operating hours, charges or a measured final walk. Obtain those details for your appointment rather than following an older map into a closed area.

CART reaches the courthouse stop, with a separate final approach

The City of Coolidge operates CART between Casa Grande, Central Arizona College, Coolidge and Florence on weekdays. The operator-hosted rider guide identified as March 1, 2023 in its filename names Pinal County Courts — Jason Lopez Circle in front of Pinal County Superior Courthouse. This is a courthouse stop, not a verified jail-door stop.

Dispatch: 520-723-7195. Ask which bus and direction serve your origin, the return boarding point at the courthouse, holiday operation and whether the published timetable still applies. The operator webpage describes service 5:15 AM–8:30 PM, while the March 1, 2023 guide uses a different timetable; do not treat the broad service span as departures from the jail. The guide lists adult one-way fare $2, day fare $4, exact fare and arrival at the stop 5 minutes early.

Buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps/lifts available on request. The final path from the courthouse stop to the approved jail entrance has not been verified during construction; ask the jail about that route and dispatch about accessibility needs before travel. Arrange another return option for evening, weekend or uncertain release times.

PART 05

Protect their wellbeing

Care, complaints and support inside.

Get a health concern to the people responsible for care

Call jail Medical at 520-866-5085. For an immediate concern about someone inside, call 520-509-7957 and ask for the on-duty supervisor as well. State the person’s full name and inmate ID, what happened, when you learned it and why it is urgent. Say directly if the concern involves suicide risk, serious symptoms, withdrawal or missed essential medication; do not leave an urgent safety issue only in a routine letter or provider message.

The Sheriff describes intake medical screening, 24/7 medical staffing and daily sick call. A family member’s outside doctor cannot simply continue seeing them in jail; outside records can support continuity of care. Ask Medical how to submit the medication name, dose, pharmacy, prescriber and relevant records, and how the person can authorize communication with you.

No public family-consent form, medication drop-off authorization or glasses/medical-device intake procedure was verified. Call before bringing medication or equipment; the Sheriff’s public medication-disposal locations are not an authorization to deliver prescriptions to a jail patient. Ask the person to request care through their housing staff and record when the request was made. The FAQ states that inability to pay does not bar medical care.

Sources: Sheriff: detention FAQ, mail, funds, health and property · Sheriff: adult custody and health services · Sheriff: current detention notice

Keep an urgent report separate from a routine grievance

For a routine problem inside, the jail describes this sequence: housing officer → supervisor → formal grievance. The housing-unit bulletin board supplies the current procedure. Ask for the correct form, deadline and appeal steps and keep dates, copies and responses. A family phone call or a personnel complaint does not establish completion of the person’s internal grievance process.

Who should receive the concern?
ConcernLocal route
Immediate danger, assault, suicide risk or urgent health issueCall 520-509-7957 for the on-duty supervisor; for medical information also 520-866-5085. Ask for an immediate welfare response and record whom you spoke with.
Staff misconductProfessional Standards: 520-866-5003; pcsopsu@pinal.gov. The current form requests incident details, personnel, witnesses and prior reports.
Sexual abuse or harassment in the adult jailReport promptly to the on-duty supervisor; for alleged staff misconduct also contact Professional Standards. Ask for the adult jail’s PREA reporting route, protection from retaliation and medical support.

The public search found Youth Justice Center PREA policies and CoreCivic reporting channels, but those belong to different institutions. No dedicated adult-county-jail outside PREA hotline, confidential advocate or grievance appeal deadline was verified. This is a specific information gap, not a reason to postpone a safety report.

Religious support, marriage and work-release questions

The Sheriff describes religious services through Good News Jail and Prison Ministry. Ask the unit or chaplain for a faith-specific request; the FAQ treats a personal religious leader’s ordinary visit as a regular visit, so the public construction closure and approval process still matter.

Marriage is a separate application process

The person in custody first requests the application from the facility chaplain. The chaplain contacts the prospective spouse, both complete the paperwork and the chaplain coordinates with the Clerk. The published nonrefundable facility fee is $100, by cashier’s check or money order payable to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Adult Detention Center, mailed to Attn: Facility Chaplain, P.O. Box 2610, Florence, AZ 85132. This is a facility fee, not a statement of the court’s license charge. A lawful witness is required; the prospective spouse and witness face warrant checks. Obtain approval before paying or arranging travel.

For court-authorized work/school release, contact Support Services at 520-866-5001, Monday–Friday 7 AM–3 PM, and ask for the Work Release Coordinator. The FAQ calls for an original-document meeting at least 5 business days before incarceration and case-by-case approval; a court eligibility order alone is not the jail’s approval. The published requirements are below. Confirm their current application and the transportation arrangement with the coordinator before planning to keep a work schedule.

What the published work/school-release list requires

The county FAQ does not display a revision date for this program; these are its published requirements as reviewed September 28, 2026. You must already be sentenced before the meeting. Prepare current photo ID; your driver’s license or the driver’s license of your transporter; vehicle insurance and registration; residential address; the commitment order granting work/school eligibility; an employer letter on official letterhead with schedule, business address and supervisor contact; and a recent pay stub. Self-employed applicants need an Arizona business license and a work address separate from home; students need a letter on the school’s official letterhead with schedule and address. Bring originals to the meeting; the FAQ says not to email them.

The posted fee is $15 per participating day. For someone sentenced outside Pinal County, the FAQ instead specifies a $193.86 one-time processing/booking fee and $15.00 for each subsequent day. Confirm the calculation before payment. Published exclusions include jail time for a felony, a hold for another jurisdiction, a judge’s ineligibility order, classification safety findings, violent history and certain serious/dangerous/repetitive-offender categories. Staff must assess the actual case; this list is not a promise of admission.

Court-ordered self-surrender: appear at the Adult Detention Center on the date and at the time in the court order, carrying valid identification. The FAQ prohibits reporting under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Confirm the construction-era intake entrance with the jail before arrival.

PART 06

Court and coming home

Counsel, bond, property, release and reentry.

Find the hearing, the lawyer and the correct bond office

The court’s initial-appearance FAQ describes hearings at the jail every day, usually within 24 hours of arrest, with sessions at 10 AM and 3 PM. The judge addresses release conditions, counsel when appropriate and the next date. Confirm the specific hearing and attendance procedure with 520-509-7957; the construction notice preserves weekend access for initial-appearance attorneys and victims.

For Superior Court dates, use the Court Date Finder with last name or case number. Confirm the court on the case: Superior, Justice and municipal courts are not interchangeable. The courthouse/Clerk is 971 North Jason Lopez Circle, Building A, Florence, AZ 85132.

The Public Defender is appointed by a qualifying court, not hired by a family signup. Call 520-866-7199 with your name, client’s name, question and callback number. The lawyer needs the client’s permission to discuss the case with relatives. Send useful support information to counsel; avoid discussing case facts on recorded family calls or relaying prohibited contact to a victim, witness or codefendant.

Bond payment depends on the order and receiving office
RouteWhat to do
Jail / TouchPayConfirm amount, eligibility and holds with 520-509-7957. Select Self Release, retain receipt and confirm receipt with admissions. Immigration bonds are not accepted here.
Clerk cash bondThe Clerk’s February 2022 requirements call for the full amount in cash, money order or local-bank cashier’s check payable to Clerk of the Superior Court; no credit cards. Confirm the case-specific instrument before travel.
Real-property or commercial bondAsk counsel and the Clerk about eligibility and required documents. The Clerk excludes vehicle titles and mobile/manufactured-home deeds and recommends arrival by 2 PM for lengthy property processing. A bondsman’s contract is separate from a refundable court deposit.

The Public Defender’s cash-only explanation names cashier’s check or money order, while the Clerk’s cash-bond document also lists cash. Resolve that difference with the receiving office for the actual order; general online court fine-payment options do not establish bond acceptance.

Property pickup requires the person’s authorization

  1. The person in custody submits a property-release form naming the recipient.
  2. Call 520-866-5055 / 520-866-5079 the day before pickup to verify that Property has the form, the recipient name and an appointment.
  3. The named recipient brings valid state-issued photo ID. The published policy allows a one-time release of all held items except clothing and shoes, not repeated selections from storage.

Use the construction notice’s Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM window unless Property approves otherwise. The older FAQ says seven days except holidays, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, and still includes COVID language. Those older hours conflict with the current closure notice. Confirm current entry and screening instructions rather than treating the older FAQ as a weekend appointment.

Ask separately about trial clothing, evidence seized by an agency, or property after a transfer. The jail’s personal-property form does not establish release authority for evidence held elsewhere.

Sources: Sheriff: detention FAQ, mail, funds, health and property · Sheriff: current detention notice · Sheriff: construction closure, November 20, 2025

A payment receipt is not a confirmed pickup time

The jail FAQ says release processing can take up to 4 hours after it receives court release paperwork and/or bond is posted. This is a published estimate tied to receipt, not a promise starting when a hearing ends or a bank authorizes a payment. Ask 520-509-7957 whether admissions received the order/payment, whether any separate hold remains and whether the person is leaving to the community or transferring.

  1. Retain the case number, bond receipt and the staff confirmation of receipt.
  2. Obtain the approved exit, pickup point and likely contact method. Neither the physical address nor the courthouse bus stop establishes a release door.
  3. Prepare transport, a charged phone and a place to stay. A weekday CART schedule cannot support an assumed late-night or weekend discharge.
  4. Ask Medical about discharge instructions and prescription continuity, Accounts about remaining jail funds, and the person about property and the next court/supervision requirement.

For a verifiable family emergency, ask the on-duty supervisor to pass a message. Give your name, callback number, the person’s name, the nature of the emergency, relationship and a hospital, doctor or other contact who can verify it. This is not a general incoming-message service.

Plan the first appointments before release

The Sheriff’s Reentry Program connects participants with housing, employment, identification and treatment support. Ask the jail for a Reentry/Justice Services referral while the person is still in custody; request a named contact and discharge plan. The public page describes development of an adjacent building, but it does not establish that a new public walk-in office is open. Do not travel to a presumed reentry building without confirmation.

Finding someone held here

Use the county system for a recent arrest. A state corrections search covers people in state custody. It generally will not list someone booked into a county jail this week. Bookings, bail, release, and visiting are all handled by Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

Jail411 is an independent information resource for families and friends. We are not a government agency, jail operator, law firm or live custody-records service.

Can Jail411 tell me if someone is in custody right now?

No. Jail411 does not hold live custody records. Use the official locator for the county, state, federal or ICE system that has the person; start here if you do not know which.

Does posting bond mean the person comes home?

Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county's warrant or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you pay.

What should I confirm before visiting?

The person's current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility page and its official sources before you travel.

What if I find something that needs correcting?

Send us the page and the detail that needs attention. Include the official source when you have one. Do not send private booking documents or other sensitive personal information.
