Family video moved entirely to remote SmartInmate service when the onsite Visitation Center closed October 28, 2025. The full bilingual guides explain the 2 free prescheduled hours weekly, account/ID/minor requirements and gaps, mail addresses, money, health, court and release. Cash bond for either jail is posted at Orient. Current Jail Division III is listed at Falkenburg, not the former 1301 N. Morgan Street address; it is not a third housing destination. Hillsborough Re-Entry Center / Offender Registration Unit is listed at 1201 Orient Road, 813-247-8460; the legacy Work Release Center address at 1800 Orient Road is not a current arrival instruction. Florida DJJ Hillsborough Juvenile Detention Center West is separate at 3948 W. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33614, 813-871-7650. Other juvenile programs, state corrections, federal and immigration custody have separate operators and rules. Sheriff administration is 2008 E. 8th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605, 813-247-8000; nonemergency dispatch is 813-247-8200. Use actual custody information, not a county or city directory roster, to choose the destination.

Jail411 is an independent information resource for families and friends. We are not a government agency, jail operator, law firm or live custody-records service.
Can Jail411 tell me if someone is in custody right now?
No. Jail411 does not hold live custody records. Use the official locator for the county, state, federal or ICE system that has the person; start here if you do not know which.
Does posting bond mean the person comes home?
Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county's warrant or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you pay.
What should I confirm before visiting?
The person's current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility page and its official sources before you travel.
What if I find something that needs correcting?
Send us the page and the detail that needs attention. Include the official source when you have one. Do not send private booking documents or other sensitive personal information.
