County Jail family video is through GettingOut / myViaPath. CRC’s current in-person page uses ICSolutions for Saturday or Sunday appointments, 07:00–19:00, last start 18:30, 30 minutes, up to 2 adults and 2 children, reserved 24 hours to 1 week ahead. The full facility guide explains account differences, mail conflicts, health, court, bail and release. Vel R. Phillips Youth & Family Justice Center / Children’s Court Center at 10201 W. Watertown Plank Road is a youth/court site, not a third adult jail; youth detention contact is 414-257-7721. Milwaukee County Center for Youth opened within that campus in early 2026 and remains a separate youth setting. Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility, Milwaukee Women’s Correctional Center, Felmers O. Chaney and Marshall E. Sherrer are Wisconsin DOC state facilities. Sheriff administration is 821 W. State Street, Room 107, 414-278-4766; nonemergency dispatch is 414-278-4788, separate from jail information. County and city listings orient visitors; they do not prove a person’s current custody.

Understand jail and prison differencesJail411 is an independent information resource for families and friends. We are not a government agency, jail operator, law firm or live custody-records service.
Usually Milwaukee County Correctional Facility, (414) 226-7070. The arresting agency books the person and the jail holds them; ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you act on anything.
Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county\'s warrant, or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking, and ask the bondsman what happens if there are, before you pay.
Confirm the person\'s current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility guide before you travel.
