El Dorado identifies CorrectPay for messaging. A message balance is not necessarily a phone balance.

Use Securus for Calaveras
Calaveras identifies Securus for calls and publishes general phone availability from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If the person transfers, stop and verify the new provider before adding more funds.
