Check the date on facility instructions

CoreCivic's live facility page still links a visitor/contact PDF published November 2016. Do not treat its older timetable, mail address or payment directions as current. Use the scheduling contact above and the newer mail/payment instructions below.

Phone calls & video

Select the correct account type before adding credit.

AdvancePay and PIN Debit

CoreCivic's currently linked ViaPath flyer lists ConnectNetwork for account services. AdvancePay, PIN Debit and Trust are separate payment selections; ask support which account fits the intended use.

A phone-payment option does not establish video-visiting availability. Confirm the actual facility's video service, approval and appointment before paying for a session.

Mail, photographs & packages

Personal letters, privileged mail, books and packages follow different routes.

Address ordinary personal mail for scanning

TDOC moved personal mail to centralized scanning on November 3, 2025. Include your return name and address and clearly label the identification number TDOC ID#. Photos are scanned too; inappropriate images are not delivered. Reading scanned mail does not cost the recipient anything.

Choose plain cards and permitted photographs

  • Do not enclose Polaroid-type photos, cash, checks or money orders.
  • Avoid homemade items and layered, decorated or musical cards.
  • Do not send original irreplaceable photos: physical personal mail is retained for up to 90 days, then destroyed.

Legal correspondence and books

Privileged correspondence—including attorney and court mail—continues to the institution, not the personal-mail scanning center. Confirm the institution's correct legal-mail addressing with the sender.

Order books and other printed material directly from a publisher or recognized commercial distributor. Check the actual seller: a third-party marketplace seller may not qualify. Material remains subject to the prison's content restrictions.

Approved property and commissary packages

Packages must come from an approved contract vendor, not a box packed at home. Eligibility and quantity depend on custody level and disciplinary restrictions. Confirm eligibility before paying.

The Tennessee Union Supply website now directs TDOC adult and CoreCivic package orders to CorrectPay. Select the correct facility and recipient there; a package order is separate from a trust-account deposit.

Dinero y artículos

Trust deposits and phone credit are different account types.

Current CoreCivic deposit instructions

The money-transfer flyer linked from CoreCivic's Tennessee facility pages directs trust deposits through ConnectNetwork. Its telephone trust line is (888) 988-4768, using site ID 103. Confirm the facility, recipient and final fee before submitting payment.

Older facility PDFs describe JPay. Use the current operator-linked instructions and confirm any disagreement with support; do not mail money to the personal-letter scanning address.

Información clara.
Límites claros.

Jail411 is an independent information resource for families and friends. We are not a government agency, jail operator, law firm or live custody-records service.

Can Jail411 tell me if someone is in custody right now?

No. Jail411 does not hold live custody records. Use the official locator for the county, state, federal or ICE system that has the person; start here if you do not know which.

Does posting bond mean the person comes home?

Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county's warrant or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you pay.

What should I confirm before visiting?

The person's current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility page and its official sources before you travel.

What if I find something that needs correcting?

Send us the page and the detail that needs attention. Include the official source when you have one. Do not send private booking documents or other sensitive personal information.
