Make these stops useful

Do not rely on a Sunday library visit: both libraries listed here are closed Sunday. Prepare documents before the visiting day.
Ask the hotel about cancellation terms before a trip that depends on a jail appointment. Parking and amenities listed for guests do not authorize parking there while visiting the jail.
On a public computer, sign out of IVVS and email, remove downloaded documents and do not save passwords. Print only what you need for the trip.
All hours here are Pacific. These are practical listings, not endorsements or a claim that a location is the closest or cheapest. No walking route or live availability has been verified.
