VINE / Jail & Inmate Information line

Sheriff homepage (checked 2026-09-12) links VINE (vinelink.com siteId=5011) and prints Jail & Inmate Information (442) 265-2266 as that VINE line. Jail Information also (442) 265-2267. The Sheriff sitemap has no live public name-search roster. Ask which building holds the person: RADF (intake / main jail), OFDF, or HHCC. Sheriff: all incarcerated persons are first housed at RADF for medical screening and classification, then may remain or move to OFDF or HHCC. Combined 876 beds (RADF 288, OFDF 274, HHCC 314); male and female; sentenced and non-sentenced county and federal holds. Correctional Captain Juan Chavarin (OFDF, RADF, HHCC, DRC) (442) 265-2225. Before you leave home

Three things to confirm before the trip.

RADF (Main Jail) visits are same-day sign-up, not an online appointment. You must know the housing module. Call (442) 265-2266 before you drive. Arrive at 1328 Sperber Road — not 328 Applestill (Sheriff HQ) and not 324 Applestill (Juvenile Hall / Probation).

  1. 01Confirm custody

Call (442) 265-2266 or use VINE.

Ask if the person is still here and which building and module. If they are at Juvenile Hall (324 Applestill), Centinela, Calipatria, or ICE IRDF (1572 Gateway Road, Calexico), this door and these vendors are wrong.

  2. 02Match the module

RADF visits are by housing unit.

Visitation Schedule PDF (effective March 20, 2023): Modules A–L and Male/Female Medical each have set days and 30-minute windows. Sign up 7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. the day of the visit, at least one hour before the slot, first come first serve.

  3. 03Bring government photo ID

Two visitors. Dress code. Nothing but ID, wallet, keys.

Rules PDF: current photo ID with name, date of birth, and photograph. Maximum two visitors (a walking child counts; babies-in-arms do not, max two babies). One visit per day. Two visits totaling one hour per week.

01 / Visiting

Imperial County Jail visiting hours.

Sheriff jail page (checked 2026-09-12): for visitation information call (442) 265-2266. RADF Visitation Schedule PDF (filename Visitaion-at-RADF2023.pdf, effective March 20, 2023): in-person on-site barrier visits resume at RADF (Main Jail). Sign-up starts 7:00 a.m. and ends 6:30 p.m. the day of the visit. Sign up at least one hour prior. First come first serve. Valid local, state, or federal United States government identification at sign-up/visit. Rules and restrictions posted at the visitation sign-up center. Legal visits: icjlegalinterviews@icso.org. Visitation Rules PDF: two visits totaling one hour per week; one visit per day; max two visitors. Housing moves and lockdowns cancel visits. OFDF and HHCC clocks are not on the RADF PDF — Sheriff: call (442) 265-2266. HHCC page: sentenced workers in programming can earn in-person visiting on the front lawn. If VINE or the jail line does not show this jail, do not come here.

Published visit rules

Frequency and group size

  • Two visits totaling one hour per incarcerated person each week. Not more than one visit per day.
  • RADF windows are 30 minutes (some modules have two afternoon slots).
  • Maximum two visitors. A child able to walk counts as one visitor. Babies-in-arms do not count; no more than two babies-in-arms per incarcerated person.
  • 1328 Sperber Road, El Centro — RADF (Main Jail) sign-up. Not 328 Applestill Road (Sheriff HQ, Records, Civil). Not 324 Applestill Road (Juvenile Hall / Probation). Visitors are subject to search.

In-person visiting times by housing module

Several RADF modules have Saturday or Sunday windows (C, D, F, G, J, K, Male Medical, Female Medical). Still same-day sign-up at least one hour ahead. Find the housing module first, then the day.

Do not assume

These details are not published.

Ask the jail before setting out. Jail411 will not guess at a rule that could cause a missed visit.

  • OFDF and HHCC visiting clocks (RADF PDF only; HHCC lawn visiting for sentenced programming workers)
  • Juvenile Hall visiting clock times (address and (442) 265-2450 are published)
  • Lobby kiosk, money-order-by-mail, and weekly commissary cap
  • How cash/surety/after-hours bail is accepted at this lobby

Ask the visiting desk

Phone calls

Imperial County Jail phone calls vendor not named on the Sheriff jail page.

Sheriff jail page (checked 2026-09-12) does not name the outbound phone vendor or publish per-minute rates. HHCC: each dorm was issued tablets used to submit requests and to contact family. GettingOut is linked for money deposits, not as a published phone-account page. Staff do not replace a live call. Jail Information (442) 265-2267. Do not discuss the case on a recorded jail call.

  1. 01No incoming calls

    They have to call you.

A public inbound inmate-phone number is not published. Jail & Inmate Information (442) 265-2266 is for families, not a way to ring a housing unit.

  2. 02Fund the account

    GettingOut deposits.

Sheriff: gettingout.com. Ask the jail which account type you are funding (trust vs phone vs tablet) — that split is not on the public page.

  3. 03Video is not posted

Call (442) 265-2266 before you assume a video slot.

No GTL VisitMe, SmartInmate, or GettingOut video schedule is on the Sheriff jail page checked 2026-09-12. In-person RADF visits are the published path.

Money and commissary

How to send money to Imperial County Jail.

The published deposit route is GettingOut. Confirm the person is still housed here and keep the booking number ready before depositing.

  1. 01

Sheriff Corrections / jail page (checked 2026-09-12): Click here to deposit money for an incarcerated person through Gettingout.com.

  2. 02

GettingOut help line printed on gettingout.com (checked 2026-09-12): 866-516-0115 for refunds/account questions — that is the vendor site, not a second Sheriff money method.

  3. 03

Do not mix this with ICE IRDF tablets (ICE also names GettingOut on its own page) or CDCR JPay / GTL money for Centinela and Calipatria.

Release and property

Bail, property, and commissary pickup

01Bail

Confirm custody, then the 2026 court schedules

Confirm the person is still at this jail: (442) 265-2266. Imperial Superior Court 2026 Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Schedule and Uniform Bail & Penalty Schedule (effective January 1, 2026) are on imperial.courts.ca.gov/forms-and-filing/fee-penalty-and-bail-schedules. Criminal clerk 650 Wake Avenue, (760) 482-2245, crimrecords@imperial.courts.ca.gov. How cash, surety, or after-hours posting works at this lobby is not itemized on the reviewed Sheriff jail page — call the jail. Posting a bond does not guarantee release if a probation hold, parole hold, or out-of-county warrant applies. An ICE detainer alone is not a lawful California hold (Gov. Code § 7284.6). Jail411 does not publish a bondsman directory.

Clear information.
Clear boundaries.

Jail411 is an independent information resource for families and friends. We are not a government agency, jail operator, law firm or live custody-records service.

Can Jail411 tell me if someone is in custody right now?

No. Jail411 does not hold live custody records. Use the official locator for the county, state, federal or ICE system that has the person; start here if you do not know which.

Does posting bond mean the person comes home?

Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county's warrant or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you pay.

What should I confirm before visiting?

The person's current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility page and its official sources before you travel.

What if I find something that needs correcting?

Send us the page and the detail that needs attention. Include the official source when you have one. Do not send private booking documents or other sensitive personal information.
